Course Information

This Bike Maintenance workshop is part of Triathlon England South East Annual General Meeting and Awards ceremony.

There are educational swim sessions, bike maintenance, strength & conditioning session and a first aid courses. 

This workshop and AGM is open to all - triathletes, coaches, adults and juniors (with the exception of the swim sessions) and non-club members.
