It was the London's turn to host the IRD event which took place at the Lee Valley Velopark on Sunday 8th October 2017.
It started well, with the TS1 boys in the first race taking 4 of the top 6 places, winning their category. Unfortunately the London team struggled a bit from there with the exception of the TS3 boys winning their category, with Mack Downey taking London's only individual win. It was a tough day's racing. With a number of our top athletes unable to make the day and with the full engagement of the SE academy it was always going to be a big ask of the London team and the South East team ran out winners.
