GO TRI Cycling and Running with Confidence (women only)

Have you wanted to get into cycling and running but not known where to start? We have a womens beginners progamme starting soon.

GO TRI with MSA "Cycling and Running with Confidence" (women only)
Muslimah Sports Association has joined up Triathlon England, Redbridge Cycling Circuit and Redbridge Leisure and Culture to put on this programme of women only cycling and running sessions.

The 6 week programme will take place at the safe, purpose built closed road Redbridge cycling circuit and will be coached by female coaches.
The programme starts on Thursday 13th September and will be every Thursday for 6 weeks from 10:00am and will last an hour. 

The sessions will introduce you to riding and running and build your skills and fitness to give you the confidence in both activities.  There is parking and changing facilities on site as well as the chance to buy refreshments.
The 6 week programme costs £30 and the hire of a bikes and helmet is included in the programme fee.
All you need to bring with you is suitable clothes for cycling, jogging and some trainers. Be prepared for all weather conditions.

NOTE: We will be providing bikes and helmets for anyone who needs one. If you have your own bike you are more than welcome to use it.


Dates: Every Thursday starting from 13th September, initially for 6 weeks, with an option for another 6 weeks.
Time: 10:00-11:00
Cost: £30 for 6 weeks or £5 per session.
