Greenwich Tritons are holding a beginners run session on 26th January 2020

Published:

Come and join Greenwich Tritons in this introductory running session in Greenwich Park.

Greenwich Tritons are a community triathlon club based in South East London.

We've been around since the mid 1980's, and pride ourselves on being a genuinely friendly club, welcoming new members of all abilities to join existing club members, from those taking their first steps to World and European Championship level, and Ironman athletes.

We have a number of qualified British Triathlon Federation (BTF) and British Swimming (ASA) coaches and use a variety of local venues and resources for our training.

It's not all hard graft though! As well as training, sharing knowledge, coaching and racing, a key part of the club is the number of well attended social events we hold throughout the year.

We'd like to invite you to take part in a special introduction to running session with us.

Date:  Sunday 26th January
Venue: Meet at the General Wolfe statue in Greenwich Park, London SE10 8XJ
Time:  9.30am for an hour.
Cost:  Free but please book on so we can ensure we have enough coaches present.

The session will be about an hour and include a 15 minute warm up and stretch and a 10 minute stretch and cool down at the end as well.
