In the Team events Optima Racing Team took the Women's race with London Fields TC taking the Men's. Optima RT also took Mixed Team honours and South London Harriers TC had most athletes racing to take the Mob Match honours.

In the individual competition overall honours in the Men's went to Gary Laybourne (SLH), followed by Euan Lees (Ful-on tri), with Matthew Stevens (London Fields TC) in 3rd. First Woman home was SA Olympian Gillian Sanders (Optima RT), with Hollie Hindley (Optima RT) next and Erica Fogg in 3rd  (all results provisional subject to final confirmation).
