If you like duathlon then you'll love November! There is some Tuesday night GO TRI action at the VeloPark and also a Women's only duathlon and appropriately the Falling Leaves duathlon on 20 November.
In the west-side of town, Hillingdon Triathletes are holding their Family Duathlon day with events for children and adults on 13 November.
