Training Days for Beginners in London

If you are just starting or thinking of starting doing triathlon and duathlon these skills sessions could be perfect for you.

 

We have teamed up with Tri50 and Capital Tri to offer some great skills days for beginners. If you are just starting or thinking of starting doing triathlon and duathlon these single day courses and a block of 6 sessions are for you.

 

GO TRI Beginners Duathlon training 6 WEEK PROGRAMME with Capital Tri

Starting Tuesday 27 March 2018 Capital Tri (www.capitaltri.com) will be coaching a 6-week Bike & Run training course on the closed-road circuit at Lee Valley VeloPark. The sessions will be aimed at first-timers looking for an introduction to triathlon / duathlon ahead of their first race or novice athletes who are looking for some simple and easy tips on how to improve. These sessions will get you primed for your first race of the season.

GO TRI Cycling and Duathlon Skills Training for Beginners (Single day)

GO TRI has teamed up with Tri50 (www.tri50.co.uk ) to offer a fully coached cycling and duathlon skills session for beginners, led by an experienced L3 female coach. Come along to the VeloPark, a one mile traffic-free circuit in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. The session will improve your bike handling skills and build confidence for competing in your first triathlon, duathlon or cycling event, or simply for group riding on open roads.
