Although not as "scorchio" as earlier in the week, conditions were still near perfect for Sunday's Windrush Aquathlon at Brockwell Lido.
Just under 120 competitors lined up poolside ready for this ever popular 500m swim and two-lap 5km run event, which for once had a "non-wetsuit" swim due to the balmy conditions in the preceding days.
Even if the thermometer had dropped slightly the racing was still hot as many of the clubs battling for London League honours turned up eager for points.
