We spent the day with coach Emma Brunning at her open water venue in the Lake District to find out about her as a coach, mentor and open water swimmer.

Emma Brunning has been coaching for over 10 years. She specialises in coaching open water swimmers, is a swim smooth coach and runs her own open water venue. She is also a coach tutor, mentor and educator.

In our interview Emma talks about how she got into coaching, and some of the important lessons she has learnt so far, as well as her experience of coach education and development.
