Working with other people passionate about the sport, successful applicants will have the opportunity to share ideas and opinions using their knowledge and expertise in triathlon.

British Triathlon is looking for a cross section of people to join one of three Advisory Panels to help shape the future of British Triathlon:

• Events
• Clubs (England only)
• Coaches, Leaders and Activators

Current member of the Coaching and Activator Advisory Panel, Paul, said:  

“It's been great being part of the panel, I've learnt a great deal along the way and I hope I've been able to provide value to the group in the past 24 months.” 

Head of Workforce at British Triathlon, Michelle Hayden, commented:

“It’s vital we engage and listen to our members and take the time to hear their views so we can work together to shape the future of the sport we all love.

“Since the summer of 2022, the Coaching and Activator Advisory Panel provide input on numerous developments within the sport, providing lived experience on how these would work in their roles.

“We would like to express a huge thank you to those that have given, and continue to give, their time to progress things forward. We are now excited to work with a new group of devoted members to continue to move our sport forward with you.”

These roles will involve sensitive information and appointed members of advisory panels will be expected to keep this confidential. Members will also be asked to provide independent opinions that are not for personal, business or financial gain.
