IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay

The medals keep coming for Emma Pallant-Browne who won at the inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay, a week after claiming world bronze at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St. George, USA.

The world bronze medallist was second out of the 1.9km swim, only seven seconds behind the leader Bridget Theunissen (RSA). Pallant-Browne was then the quickest athlete on the hilly out and back bike course, opening up a three-minute advantage over the rest of the field.
