Ashridge Duathlon (Organised by Active Training World)

Across the weekend Ashridge House Estate played host to two Great Britain Age-Group Team qualification events, with Saturday's Standard Distance Duathlon also holding the prestige of being a 2019 Triathlon England Championship event.

21 new Triathlon England Age-Group champions were crowned in total, with Ben Price and Victoria Kenny taking the overall race wins over the 10km run, 44km bike and 5km course. The Triathlon England report and results can be found here.

Ironman 70.3 South Africa

Emma Pallant stepped onto the podium in the Buffalo City this weekend completing the 70.3 course in a time of 4:23:12, and only to be denied the win by Annah Watkinson (RSA) who was racing on home soil. Elliot Smales race unfortunately didn't go to plan, withdrawing at T2 having initially lead out of the swim.
