We caught up with two of the winners from these competitions to hear about the events and their experiences

“I had a great evening at the event in Canary Wharf. Winning a place in the mixed relay team was the best thing because we didn’t know each other, so got to meet new people and bond over triathlon to support one another in the race.
“The atmosphere around the event was really good; and the event well organised and fun! Being able to see people on the big screen and watch the leaderboard update with our team positions added to the excitement.
“The cycle took place on static bikes in one of the plazas in Canary Wharf which I really enjoyed, and it made the event a lot less hassle. Winning a place in the team at the event was a nice perk of being an Ultimate member.”

“I was the very lucky winner of the Super League Jersey VIP Experience competition and to say that it was fantastic would be an understatement! The whole event and experience of being there was great. The staff, other competitors and pros were amazing and watching the youth and junior athletes was truly inspirational.
“Unfortunately the age group race was cancelled due to the extreme weather, but this didn’t affect my enjoyment of the whole Super League experience. The event was special in so many ways: extremely well organised, very emotional and wonderful to watch.
“I’ll be back next year and hopefully able to compete!”
