Constanta ETU Sprint Triathlon European Cup | Elite Men
Samuel Dickinson continued his great form in Romania with another 1st place finish. Dickinson tracked the fastest run of the day, competing that section in 00:15:39. He shared the podium with Calum Johnson who finished in 2nd place and celebrated his first European medal of the year.
Weihai ITU Triathlon World Cup | Elite Men
Despite being the only athlete to wear the British vest in China this weekend, Grant Sheldon put in a great performance to take home the bronze medal. Sheldon crossed the line just 6 seconds after the race leader Joao Silver for a hard-fought place on the World Cup podium.
Triathlon Grand Prix
This weekend saw the final Triathlon Grand Prix of the year in France. Non Stanford marked this occasion by crossing the line in 2nd place. Finishing in 00:55:37, Stanford’s strong performance steered the Metz Tri team to a 2nd place finish overall.
IRONMAN ITALY Emilia-Romagna
Tim Don suffered an unfortunate collision during his IRONMAN outing that resulted in his race coming to a premature end. This followed an impressive swim from Don (00:46:36) that positioned him in 3rd place as he entered the bike stage.
As for Age Group IRONMAN, Naomi Keira Wright was Britain’s highest achiever with a 7th place finish, crossing the line in 10:03:09.
IRONMAN Weymouth
An all British podium was the scene in Dorset. Taking gold, George Goodwin crossed the line in 03:44:04, followed by Adam Bowden and Elliot Smales. Pro Women results mirrored this podium with India Lee claiming gold, Claire Hann taking silver and a bronze medal for Katrina Rye.
British athletes also enjoyed success in the Age Group category as Will Monday finished 1st for the men and Victoria Kenny the same for women.
Belgrade ETU Triathlon Junior European Cup | Junior Men
The Serbian capital provided yet another test for the young British duo Fynn Batkin and Forbes Jackson. The tough course had Batkin cross the line in 3rd and Jackson in 18th as the pair close the weekend with another European Cup performance under their belt.
