With the triathlon action at the Commonwealth Games over for another four years, there’s plenty to look forward to this weekend, including Alistair Brownlee racing again.

IRONMAN 70.3 Liuzhou

A step up in distance from the sprint on the Gold Coast, Alistair Brownlee is in China to compete in the IRONMAN 70.3 Liuzhou alongside Mark Buckingham.  Also competing are three-time IRONMAN World Champion and Australian native Craig Alexander and IRONMAN regular Justin Metzler.

2018 Melilla ETU European Cup

Spain hosts the 2018 Melilla ETU European Cup on Sunday with Barclay Izzard, James Teagle and Sam Dickinson just some of the British triathletes taking on the standard distance course.

IRONMAN South Africa

There’s a high quality British line up in South Africa with Lucy Charles headlining alongside Emma Pallant and Susie Cheetham. Pallant is stepping up to long distance with an impressive set of middle distance results already to her name, and Cheetham made the podium for a third year in a row last year.

Reece Barclay competes in the Elite Men’s race alongside last year’s winner, Ben Hoffman (USA).
