The aim of this notification is to provide you with the details of how you, as a Home Nation member of the North East Region can participate in the AGM.

The Regional AGM is an opportunity for all affiliated clubs and Home Nation members to hear about the work of the Regional Committee over the previous 12 months.  It is also your chance to have a voice on what you want from your regional committee for the following year.

Please note the following.

• If you wish to submit a resolution, then this must be received at least 21 days prior.

It is hoped as many people as possible will be available to attend the AGM. 

Please note only Home Nation members registered to the region may attend and vote at the AGM.  The meeting details will be sent to all those that have registered at least a day before the meeting is due to take place.

All documentation pertaining to the region’s AGM will be posted on the regions website pages 10 days before the meeting.  This will include annual reports, resolutions, and nominations for committee posts.
