First Aid Course - North East

Published:

ONLY A FEW SPACES LEFT

A candidate who took part in the training in 2015 commented "That was the best first aid course I have ever done. I can't rate it enough. The practical side was superb. I had already done the St. Johns Ambulance course as I did not want to coach without some knowledge of first aid, but this course was far superior. Loved it. Great value too. Thanks for organising it."

The course will include all relevant sporting type injuries and will be delivered by trainers who are medics and triathlon sports coach educators from Lifeline Training.

Lifeline guarantees a manikin for each person providing opportunities for candidates to have lots of hands on experience.

The course content will include: aims of first aid, role of first aider, anaphylaxis, asthma, bleeding, fractures and dislocations, collisions, head injuries, choking, cardio pulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation, diabetes, drowning, eye injuries, first aid kits, fitting, heart attacks, poisoning, recovery position, shock, spinal injuries, stroke, unconscious casualties, burns, climate injuries, soft tissue injuries, Q & As.

All candidates will receive:
