Each year, we recognise the people within our sport that give their free time, passion and energy to developing our sport.
The work of these wonderful volunteers is invaluable. The majority of sports would not exist without them and triathlon is no different. Recognising and rewarding the volunteers by way of our awards is one of our ways to say thank you for all the hard work they put in year after year.
On Saturday 13th October the Regional Awards were given out at Kingston Park in Newcastle. These are our Regional winners in the North East and they will be automatically sent forwards for the Triathlon England National Awards up against the other 9 regions in England with the awards ceremony being at the National AGM on Saturday 10th November.
