The TE Awards process is comprised of two selection stages - each of the ten regions in England choose their regional winners, who then all go forward to a national panel to decide the overall winners in each award category.
The North West Committee reviewed nominations received in many of the available categories, and as a result are delighted to announce the following Winners for the region, who will now go forward to the national selection stage:

Large Event of the Year | The ROC England |

After such a disrupted period of training and racing recently due to the Covid pandemic, the timeline of the sought-after Triathlon England (TE) Awards relating to 2021 was different to that in previous years. The 2022 Awards were launched last year, on 25 November, with the window for nominations across 12 award categories closing on 3 January this year. There were also some new categories introduced for these 2022 awards. Presentation of the national 2022 TE Awards will be made by Triathlon England in March.
The Regional Committee would like to thank everyone who nominated people and events for activity in the period 1 January to 31 December 2021. It was pleasing to read of so many great performances illustrating all that is to be celebrated in our sport.
Congratulations to all of our Regional Award Winners, and Good Luck for the overall national selection!
