We are pleased to announce that in partnership with the Bendrigg Trust we will be running two weekends of triathlon training activities for the visually impaired and prospective guides over the summer.

All courses take place at the Bendrigg Trust in Kendal, Cumbria.

The training days are aimed at all triathletes or competent cyclists who would like to learn how to guide visually impaired athletes of all abilities. Sessions will include sight loss awareness, guiding techniques, guide running and riding and piloting tandems. The only prerequisite is that you are a competent and confident cyclist and over 18.

The residential training weekends is for over 18's and takes place over the weekends of 16-19 June and 30 June - 3 July. The cost of the weekend is £145 and includes accomodation, all meals, training and use of equipment.
