7Oaks Tri Club are looking for a Swim Coach to plan and deliver two (or three) pool sessions per week consistent with goals agreed with the club and in collaboration with coaching team

7Oaks Tri Club has almost 100 members of which 15 to 25 swimmers attend each session with an average of 20 swimmers per session. Club is accredited by the BTF at Bronze Level. 
Ages range from 16 to mid-60s with an average age of mid-40s. 
Swim capability ranges from competent to former ‘swim club accomplished’ swimmers. Members are self-motivated and keen to improve their skills and fitness.
