This workshop will really help you develop you bike handling skills and make you feel confident out on the open road.

This is fantastic opportunity to learn some great bike handling skills. The session is over two sessions on the same day with a short break in between.

Session 1  -  Bike Handling Skills
Develop your handling skills, confidence and ability on the bike.
*    Traffic free circuit
*    Everything from removing your drinks bottle, to safe signalling, cornering & descending
*    Using your gears

The 2 hour session will take you through everything you need to improve your road riding , or prepare you for your Triathlon.  You just need a roadworthy bike and a helmet and you’re good to go….

Session 2 – Group road riding etiquette and riding in a pack
Develop your skills and etiquette for group riding on the roads, plus the opportunity to work on drafting skills for Triathlon. 
*    Traffic free circuit
*    How to ride safely on the roads in a group -  what to consider, communication, etiquette and bike handling
*    Drafting (optional)
*    Extension to Session 1 – either book 2 both sessions in advance or decide on the day (subject to availability).
