South East Skills School

Skills School supports the development of young triathletes and their coaches through a series of Skills School days across the region.

For young triathletes, a Skills School day provides an opportunity to challenge themselves and develop new skills alongside their peers.  Those attending will usually be members of triathlon clubs but you don’t have to be!

And for junior club coaches who would like to come along, a Skills School day is an invaluable development experience.  Coaches will be delivering innovative sessions in all disciplines, practice new coaching methods and gain session ideas to take back to their clubs.   Priority will be given to coaches that have completed the CPD module Coaching Children and Young People.  Attendance at a Skills School day provides these coaches with the opportunity to practice what they have learnt.

Lead Skills School coach is Dr Liz Scott.
