The regional commitee are pleased to announce the categories for the regional awards 2018.

Here are the award categories for 2018: 

1. Club of the year

2. Athlete of the year

3. Young athlete of the year

4. Childrens event of the year

5. Club event of the year

6. Commercial event of the year

7. Technical official of the year

8. Volunteer of the year*

9. Young volunteer of the year

10. Supporter of the year (Non-Members can be nominated for this one)

11. Achievement by a member

12. Participation coach of the year

13. Childrens coach of the year

Winners in relevant categories will have the committees support in their application for national awards. British Triathlon are revamping these awards at time of writing and more details will follow as we have them.

All nominations must be made by a member, nominating a member except Supporter of the year which may of course be a parent / guardian etc.

Deadline for applications for the regional awards is Friday 17th August. Applications received after this date will not be considered. Events / considered nominations after this date should be considered for 2019 awards.
