Did you know that as well as the annual national Triathlon England Awards there are also four additional Awards made only in the South West (SW) region?
These unique SW Awards are:
- Athlete of the Year
- Young Athlete of the Year
- Non-member Supporter of the Year
- Achievement by a Member
Every year in the South West we recognise outstanding people making a real difference to the sport of triathlon in the region. All the nominees are proposed by members of Triathlon England in the South West region and the winners are selected by the Regional Committee.
If you know someone who you would like to nominate to receive one of these very special awards, please complete and submit a nomination form, available here, by the deadline 4th September. Details about eligibility and the nomination criteria for the SW Awards can be found within the nomination form.
This is your chance to recognise some unsung heroes; to show people they are valued and are inspirational triathletes.
Nomination closes on 4 September, and the winners will be announced at the South West AGM on Saturday 19 October 2019 held at Bath University. Any TE member can attend the AGM, if you would like to know more details email debbiehill@britishtriathlon.org
