Explanation
Upper body pulling strength is very important in triathlon, it helps with your posture when running, strength when swimming and stability on the bike.
In this video Georgia Taylor-Brown provides exercise demonstration as British Triathlon's Senior Strength and Conditioning coach Ian Piper talks us through three exercises; the bent leg supine row, the straight supine row and the biased supine row. These exercises will help you with good running posture and provide a good stable base for swimming and cycling.
