Posterior Training

Explanation

Posterior chain strength training includes focusing on the muscles on the back of your legs and the lower back to help with your stability and core strength.

In this video Georgia Taylor-Brown provides exercise demonstration as British Triathlon's Senior Strength and Conditioning coach Ian Piper talks us through three exercises; the hip bridge, the arabesque and the swiss ball hamstring curl. These exercise should help make you more stable through your hips and around your pelvis, in addition to mainitaining your hamstring strength and conditioning.
