Upper Body Pulling

Explanation

Upper body pulling strength is very important in triathlon, it helps with your posture when running, strength when swimming and stability on the bike.

In this video Georgia Taylor-Brown provides exercise demonstration as British Triathlon's Senior Strength and Conditioning coach Ian Piper talks us through three exercises; the bent leg supine row, the straight supine row and the biased supine row. These exercises will help you with good running posture and provide a good stable base for swimming and cycling.
