Director of Performance

Greg is a management consultant working for Atkins specialising in Strategy, Business Design and Change Management. He previously worked in professional rugby union for 15 years as the elite referee manager for the Guinness PRO14 and as a full-time rugby referee with the RFU in England.

At Welsh Triathlon, his responsibilities include assisting the Head of Performance with the Performance programme which has the ultimate aim of developing athletes to represent Wales and Great Britain in triathlon whilst also developing the programme in Wales.

Greg has enjoyed watching and participating in all kinds of sports since an early age and is now coaching his son’s junior rugby team at Llanishen RFC.
