Martin Kitchener FCIPD FLSW FAcSS is professor of management at Cardiff Business School. His teaching and research concentrates on purposeful leadership in public services organizations and he is currently collaborating on a European study of service innovations that are co-created with citizens.

Between 2012 and 2018, Martin served as Dean of Cardiff Business School and created its distinctive Public Value Strategy.

Outside of work, Martin is married with two children, he manages a junior rugby team, and he participates in a range of sports including triathlon.
