Director of Development

Having completed his first Triathlon in 1992, Simon has been involved with all aspects of the sport as it has evolved in the UK. As well as regularly competing in endurance events himself he manages the SWYD Tri Club and All or Nothing Events.

A qualified Tri coach and beach lifeguard you will normally find him near the sea but when he must work, he manages several businesses with global interests across different markets.

Simon lives on Barry Island and is married with a grown-up family.
