I chose NDDT for there friendly outlook and coaching structure for swim & running session , swim is early morning allowing me to work it into my normal working day , and the run session are late evening coached by and very experienced runner .

Coach interview 

Got into coaching after many years of competing and wanted to give something back to the younger generation coming through, club just has a great laid back approach and ultra friendly (except when racing).
