This is your one-stop-shop for what’s going on at Llyn Tegid, Y Bala over the Big Bala Bash Weekend, being held on the 29th and 30th June 2019. Welsh Triathlon will be working alongside Swim Wales, Urdd, Welsh Rowing, Snowdonia National Park, various departments of Gwynedd County Council, The National Assembly, as well as numerous local partners to deliver a multi-sport festival which has an event for the whole family.
The event kicks off with the Bala Junior Triathlon, a children’s Triathlon which is also the Urdd’s Gemau Cymru and Welsh Triathlons second IRC qualifier. This is followed by the 2019 Bala Team Relay.
We kick off early with stage 3 of the Welsh Super Series and the Bala Sprint Triathlon. This is then followed by the Bala Standard Triathlon and Swim Wales’ National Open Water Championship.
