Beginner triathlon training sessions are back by popular demand at Perdiswell Leisure Centre in Worcester - for men and women.
There will be a women only session and a training group open to males and females starting on Tuesday 25th July for six weeks.
British Triathlon qualified coach Samantha Anderson from Tri Energy triathlon club will lead the sessions and every week there will be a focus on one of the three triathlon sports - swimming, cycling and running.
7-8pm will be the women only training and you can enter here.
8-9pm men and women training and you can enter here.
