Two new workshops are coming to Yorkshire; How to be an Extraordinary Club for your People and Giving Your Volunteers an Amazing Experience.

 

The Club Experience; How to be an extraordinary club for your people

This workshop will develop your skills, improve your knowledge and ultimately help you develop your club.

By the end of the workshop attendees should be able to:

  • Understand what is meant by Club Experience and why it’s important to get it right

  • Understand the participants in their club

  • Consistently deliver a great club experience

  • How to bring about change in their club  

  • Identify ongoing support

 

Club Volunteer Experience; Giving your volunteers an excellent experience

By the end of the workshop attendees should be able to:

  • Develop a positive culture of volunteering within a club environment

  • Identify how to develop the volunteer’s experience by assessing the value of club volunteers

  • Develop the volunteer experience by identifying top tips in recruiting, retaining and rewarding new and existing volunteers

  • Develop an action plan to improve the volunteer experience within a sports club environment

  • Where to find out more information to help improve the volunteer experience

 

These are Club Matters workshops. Club Matters workshops are short training sessions, funded by Sport England and delivered across the country by Club Matters facilitators in a range of specific topics. The sessions will develop your skills, improve your knowledge and ultimately help you develop your club.
