As the season draws to an end, the 2018 Yorkshire Junior Race Series saw the 8th and final race of the year hosted brilliantly by the great team of volunteers at Holmfirth Harriers.

The Top 3 in each category will receive trophies which will be awarded at the regional AGM to be held in York later in the year. The date and more details will be communicated out via the series web page and regional social media channels. 

After the final qualifier at Hetton Lyons, the Yorkshire IRC squad has also been selected. Being hosted again at Mallory Park in September,  16 athletes will race in the Yorkshire blue over 2 days. This year, not only will there be the standard race format, but there is the additional mixed relays on the 2nd day, continuing the rise in popularity of this exciting format of racing.
