The training days are aimed primarily at first timers or novice participants who have just entered or intend to enter Skipton Triathlon organised by Craven District Council taking place on Sunday 15th April.

Craven District Council have teamed up with Craven Energy Tri Club and British Triathlon to bring this action packed day of tailored sessions to help prepare you for your Swim, Bike, Run and that all important Transition.  The team of coaches will share hints and tips and offer training advice to keep you going until the big day.

Skipton Triathlon is a sprint distance event, ideal for beginners and experts alike. The event features a 400m swim in the Craven Leisure pool, a 22km bike ride and a 5km run through Aireville Park. 

When is the Training Day? 

There are two training days;

Womens Only Training Day on Sunday 18th March - 10am to 3pm

General Novice Training Day on Sunday 8th April - 10 to 3pm

Where? Craven Swimming Pool, Skipton.

Cost? There is a small charge of £7.50 per person. Places are limited and will go on a first come first serve basis.
