Notice is given that the Yorkshire Region Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 18th October 2022 starting at 7pm via Zoom.

The aim of this notification is to provide you with the details of how you, as a Home Nation member of the Yorkshire Region can participate in the AGM.

The Regional AGM is an opportunity for all affiliated clubs and Home Nation members to hear about the work the Regional Committee has done over the previous 12 months.  It is also your chance to elect the members of the committee and have a voice on what you want from your regional committee for the following year.

The formal AGM Notice has been emailed to ALL Triathlon England Yorkshire Region members and provides details on how to register your attendance, submit resolutions for voting on , as well as registering your interest in regional committee positions.

Please note the following;

• If you wish to submit a resoultion, then this must be recieved at least 21 days prior (27th September).
• If you wish to stand for a position on the committee, all nominations for committee posts must be received 14 days prior to the AGM (4th October).

It is hoped as many people as possible will be available to virtually attend the AGM. 

Please note only Home Nation members registered to the region may virtually attend and vote at the AGM.  The meeting details will be sent to all those that have registered at least a day before the meeting is due to take place.

All documentation pertaining to the region’s AGM will be posted on the Region’s website page 10 days before the meeting.  This will include annual reports, resolutions and nominations for committee posts.
