Working for Right Formula as Managing Director, prior to this Organ has worked with Aston Villa Football Club, Wasps Rugby Club and the Ricoh Arena where he was the commercial director. Previously Organ worked for the Lotus F1 Team, having built his profile with a number of other sport and leisure projects.
