Booking is now open for coached GO TRI Intro to open water sessions at Box End in Bedford during April 2019.
Led by local L3 Swim Smooth Coach Gavin Prior.
Each session will last 1.5 hours and will follow this schedule:
A video presentation;
Getting wetsuits on;
Health and safety lakeside;
Getting into the water.
The cost is £12 and there are 5 dates available
13 April 7am - 8.30am: Option #1
19 April 12pm-1.30pm: Option #2
20 April 7am - 8.30am: Option #3
26 April 12pm-1.30pm: Option #4
27 April 7am-8.30am : Option #5
