The Triathlon Festival is coming to Southampton on Saturday 9th March 2019 and they have a full line up of coaches, physios and nutritionist to give you insights on how you can prepare for your 2019 season.
At the Tri Festval they will also have present a number of brands so that you can try on kit and get prepared for your events.
