The day will focus on developing bike handling skills and swimming skills specific to triathlon and will be held in conjunction with the South West Regional Academy.
Skills School is a new British Triathlon initiative based around athletes exploring through play and developing their skills through creative and innovative sessions. The athletes will be encouraged to develop their technical, tactical and mental skills during the sessions.
