This is an Age Group Qualifer for the 2025 World Triathlon Sprint Duathlon Championships.
This is a draft legal, traffic-free duathlon on the Darley Moor race circuit. There will be three waves throughout the morning/early afternoon (ages are as of 31/12/2024). Each wave will be restricted to 130 entries. The waves will be;
Wave 1 (Open category aged 50 and above at 31/12/2024) - 09.00
Wave 2 (Female category - All) - 11.30
Wave 3 (Open category aged 49 and under at 31/12/2024) - 14.00
Participants aiming to qualify for the 2024 AG Sprint Distance European Championships will need to register their intent through the British Triathlon website by Friday 24th May.
The race will be chip timed. There will be prizes for the winner of each age group, we are intending to present these on the day but if this is not possible they may be mailed out after the event. There is an optional pin badge and/or medal for all participants.
