Training Opportunities

Throughout the year the Academy delivers a wide range of experiences for the athletes including:

  • An annual 7-day overseas winter camp and 2–3-night Autumn camp in the Peaks.
  • Training days with other Regional Academies.
  • Intelligent racing days (IRD).
  • Velodrome cycling, BMX and mountain biking
  • Open water swimming.
