With the triathlon race season truly behind us in the UK, now is an opportunity to take part in the duathlon season until the warmer weather returns.
There are a number of duathlons taking place during the winter months in the East Midlands. They are a great opportunity to keep in shape, to try something different or just another way to push yourself against others or the clock. Have a look at this selection of races and why not give it a go!
