The East Midlands Adult Race Series got under way on 7 March 15 with the Dambuster Duathlon. The next race is the Southwell Triathlon on 19 April which is the second race in the 13 race series. With only 3 events needed to count there is still plenty of time to enter the series.

The race season is well and truly underway and so is the East Midlands Adult Race Series for those that competed at the Dambuster Duathlon.  So how did you do? See the results here.  Could you do better?  Well there is still plenty of time to enter.  The series is based on your best 3 results from the 13 race series so there are no excuses not to become the East Midlands Regional Age Group Champion!

The next race is on 19 April at Southwell Triathlon put on by One Step Beyond enter the race and sign up for the Adult Series.
