Come along and learn to swim front crawl on our 6 week progressive programme starting 16th October
Weeks 1 -6 will include progressive sessions at the speed of the participants through a 1 hour swim 6pm-7pm at John Carroll Leisure Centre.
It will begin on 16th October and run for 6 consecutive weeks.
This will be run by local coach Mel Berry who delivers local Parklives Open Water swim sessions and coaches swimming at TFN Tri club.
The minimum requirement for entry is that all participants can swim at least 50m breastroke.

Swim wear

Goggles (optional)
