Aimed at a range of ages and abilities, and especially suited to beginners, GO TRI Colwick Park Swim-Run happens on Sunday 18th September starting at noon.

This event at Colwick Park is available for entrants of all abilities. Swim-Run or Aquathlon as its known, consists of an open water swim followed by a run.
