The Lammas Leisure Centre in Sutton in Ashfield will be delivering their first GO-TRI event in July. GO-TRI is a fun way to access triathlon for the first time. All events are reasonably priced, with manageable distances which have been purpose designed for beginners.

This is an indoor event for people looking to access triathlon in a fun and friendly environment with support and encouragement from staff. This event can be timed by the indiviudal or completed without a competitive time. Sunday 31st July. Age 16+

The event will consist of the following;

200m swim

10km cycle (lifecycle indoor bikes)

2.5km run (treadmills)
