The Regional Committee have agreed to add a new incentive to those wishing to become Local Technical Official (LTO) within the East Midlands.  Once a Local Technical Official has completed the course and their 4 shadows they will receive an £80 bursary towards the costs involved in completing the course.  

 

If you are looking to put something back into the sport then becoming a Technical Official is a great way to be involved and still have a great connection to the sport that is triathlon.  Once qualified there is a pathway all the way to officating at the very top races at home and overseas.

 

The next LTO course is on 22 February 2014 at Loughborough University.
